Honig Industrial Equipment is a Dakin-Flathers Ripper37 weld center and distributor specializing in band saw blades and other cutting tool solutions. For over 40 years, we have provided welded band saw and other cutting tools for our customers worldwide in diverse markets ranging from timber logging to aerospace. ABOUT OUR BLADES

We offer a wide selection of tooth tips combined with flexible alloy steel or bi-metal backing materials providing the most cost effective choice for all of your sawing applications. We carry a variety of products from world class manufacturers such as Dakin-Flathers to ensure optimal blade performance, whatever your needs.
All of our band saw blades are engineered for long life and consistent performance in a variety of cutting applications. The blades are built to wear evenly and deliver straight cuts at extreme band speeds. We can assist in selecting the right products to ensure you can cut faster and longer, increasing productivity and providing exceptional value.
We precisely cut each band saw blade to ensure that every tooth matches with proper spacing for optimal cutting life. Every one of our saw blades are welded on our state-of-the-art Falcon welders, hand ground and finished to perfection. Gullets are ground and polished. Blade backings are hand filed and chamfered. Finally, we anneal each blade after finishing to soften and strengthen the weld and ensure optimal blade life.
